Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Consultant, Global Reward Programs and Performance Management to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the annual compensation review process and supporting the design and execution of the global performance management cycle.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage the annual compensation review process (merit, incentives, equity) to strengthen the critical link between performance and rewards.
Collaborate closely with global compensation partners, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and regional HR teams to ensure pay programs are delivered effectively and aligned with performance outcomes.
Ensure process and system accuracy by partnering with HR Technology to configure, test, and optimize Workday compensation and performance modules.
Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the global performance management cycle.
Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and insights that clarify the relationship between performance results and compensation decisions.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years of experience in the delivery of global compensation and performance management initiatives and cycles across multiple regions.
Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms, specifically the Workday compensation and performance modules.
Proven ability in advanced analytical skills, including expert proficiency in Excel/GoogleSheets and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
