Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on best practices, and oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and ensuring that the applications are optimized for performance and usability, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications. - Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
