Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software components to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the overall system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a regular part of the work to ensure solutions align with client expectations and project goals. This dynamic environment encourages continuous learning and adaptation to evolving project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Ensure high-quality code by conducting thorough testing and debugging of application components.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and client-side development.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in the context of web application development.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
