- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of architectural strategies to enhance software solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Generative AI.
- Strong capability in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in integrating complex systems and ensuring interoperability across platforms.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and security.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
