Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps frameworks for application deployment and operations.
- Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring high availability and robust security measures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into development workflows.
- Monitor application environments and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Lead initiatives to improve CI/CD pipelines and delivery automation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on DevOps practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in DevOps, IT Administration, and infrastructure design.
- Skilled in managing CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud environments.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools like Nagios, Splunk, or Prometheus.
- Solid knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance tuning.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
