Capgemini is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Guidewire Datahub Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using Guidewire Datahub. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver robust and scalable data integration solutions, helping clients extract value from their data and improve their business processes. If you have strong expertise in data modeling, data integration techniques, and a passion for working with insurance products, we would love to have you on our team!
Location: Various locations including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Guidewire Datahub.
- Create and implement data models, mapping, and data transformation processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to streamline data ingestion from different sources.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement best practices for data governance.
- Support testing and troubleshooting of data integration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for data management and integration processes.
Work Experience in This Field
- Minimum Required: 3-5 years
- Preferred: Over 5 years
English Proficiency
- Fluent
Required Education
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Datahub
- Strong experience with SQL and data modeling
- Experience with ETL processes and tools
- Familiarity with cloud services and data warehousing solutions
