WHAT YOU WILL DO
•Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to drive sales and promote special product offers
•Identify, qualify, and develop leads using CRM tools, research, and targeted outreach
•Build and maintain relationships with customers in an assigned territory, fostering loyalty and repeat business
•Promote special offers and product campaigns — including time-sensitive promotions, marketing-driven campaigns, and expiring inventory opportunities
•Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) to track activities, progress, and opportunities in the sales pipeline
•Participate in special projects and events, including conventions, national sales meetings, branch events, and product training sessions
WHAT YOU BRING
Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Previous customer service or outbound/inside sales experience (sales experience is preferred)
•Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
•Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and courteous phone manner
•Excellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities
•Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Power BI an asset)
•CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred
•Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
•A positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conventions, or local events

*This position is based in our Edmonton Branch and requires some travel into the office (around 2 to 4 times a month) and with about 10% of travel to events in the Edmonton area.
