We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who loves understanding how users think, can turn ideas into thoughtful designs, and comfortably adapts to different workflows depending on the project.

📌 What’s expected of youAt a product level:- Research and stay updated with well-built, real-world digital products
- Understand requirements and turn them into simple, clean user flows
- Use and contribute to existing design systems
- Plan and design for responsive behaviour across devices and breakpoints
- Think through edge cases and empty states — not just the “happy path”
- Provide assets, annotations, and logical specs for developers
- Join client and internal calls, take notes, and ask clarifying questions
- Collaborate with designers and PMs to stay aligned on goals, decisions, and execution.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned
- Participate in design reviews, usability discussions, and iterations
- Be accountable — follow through on commitments and communicate proactively
- Be a curious learner who asks why, explores options, and continuously improves
- Be open to feedback and comfortable sharing your work early
- Keep your tools up to date and follow best practices to maintain clean, structured files
- Maintain Figma hygiene — tidy pages, clear naming, organised components, and reusable patterns
- Share learnings and insights with the team
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong visual sense — layout, typography, colours, spacing
- Ability to break down vague problems into clear flows
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from senior designers
- Experience with Figma (auto layout, variants, prototyping)
- Basic understanding of UX principles and interaction patterns

- Experience working with no-code tools like Webflow, Framer, or Squarespace
