Job Description
Compose, maintain, evaluate, and approve Job Instruction sheets and update routings. • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other continuous improvement tools to achieve manufacturing / quality goals. Support offshore and client teams by providing relevant documents (engineering drawings, technical data, and associated reports). • • Follow Quality Standard Work (QSW) guidelines / processes / procedures. • Ensure Export / ITAR compliance for project deliverables. Introduce cost savings proposals and collaborate on initiatives in respect to Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) programs. • • Support implementation of Root Cause / Corrective Action (RCCA) activities. • Experience with Solumina, Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (PFMEA). Familiar with Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP), New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Changes (EC’s), SAP, data analysis, and technical research. • • Experience with SAP & Solumina preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrate a high level of customer focus, organization / communication skills. Perform work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Exemplify a high degree of self-confidence and motivation. Encourage, cultivate and instill culture of inclusion. • • Possess meticulous attention-to-detail and uphold high standards of ethics and integrity. • US Citizen Security verification is mandatory employment consideration.
