Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
