We have a hybrid work culture. 3 days a week working from the Hyderabad office during core working hours and 2 days working from home.
Summary of Role:
The Revenue Operations Analyst (Salesforce & GTM Analytics) plays a key role in supporting the company’s global Sales and Revenue Operations function through data-driven insights, CRM accuracy, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who thrives on turning raw data into actionable business insights. The analyst will leverage Salesforce, Excel, SPIFF, and other GTM systems to drive performance reporting, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and commissions processing, enabling smarter decision-making across global sales teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales & GTM Analytics
- Analyze sales performance metrics including pipeline, conversion rates, bookings, renewals, and productivity.
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc dashboards, reports, and insights to Sales, RevOps, and leadership teams.
- Identify trends and areas of improvement across the GTM funnel to support strategy and execution.
Salesforce Reporting & Data Management
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to monitor key business KPIs.
- Partner with the Senior Manager, RevOps to ensure accurate data capture and system hygiene across opportunities, accounts, and leads.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and documentation for Salesforce changes or new reporting features.
Business Insights & Decision Support
- Translate data into business narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing Ops, Customer Success) to ensure consistent metrics and definitions.
- Contribute to forecast accuracy through data validation and insights on pipeline quality.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate data collection and streamline reporting workflows.
- Help define and document key operational processes within Salesforce and other GTM systems.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with the global RevOps team to ensure consistency in reporting standards and insights.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Commissions Processing & Accuracy
- Process monthly and quarterly sales commissions in a timely and accurate manner using Excel and SPIFF.
- Validate data inputs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure alignment with finalized compensation plans.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to maintain transparent records and support audit requirements.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a SaaS or technology organization.
- Experience supporting commission processes or compensation administration using tools such as SPIFF or Excel preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data management).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Understanding of key SaaS GTM metrics — pipeline, ARR, bookings, conversion, churn, and renewal.
- Working knowledge of data validation, structure, and CRM workflows across GTM systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across time zones and functions.
