Synopsis of the role

Responsible to work in a dynamic environment along with high performance teams, and should use their analytical skills while improving process and provide innovative solutions to the organizations.

What you’ll do

• Robust Governance for reports initiated across Operations Team
• Start to end project management
• Working very closely with internal & external stakeholders for new projects along with setting required governance
• Skill set for Automated Live dashboard on Google looker Studio platform for monitoring, measuring and analyzing critical data across Operations Team
• Quality reports & dashboard to gauge performance
• Monthly Adherence report of Operations
• Work closely to understand how Data Lever Search works to further provide analysis on any anomalies
• Data management – Insights on data trends and comparison
• Involved in management decision-making regarding acceptance of new projects.
• Database Management of whole events and campaign covered by Express Computers.
• Discover new sources of information or data building tools.
• Tracking errors and glitch in Company’s CRM and get it solved.

What experience you need

• Previous experience in dashboards or a similar field for at least 2 years on paper.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of data analysis. Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
• Should be good in statistical analysis & problem-solving along with industry-specific technical knowledge.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of data lever
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail
