Key Responsibilities:
● Partner with product managers to define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives.
● Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behavior, feature performance, and A/B test results.
● Develop dashboards and reports to track product performance and operational metrics.
● Gather and prioritize product requirements through data-backed insights.
● Identify market trends and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
● Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to improve user experience.
● Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
● Ensure data quality and help improve analytics instrumentation.
For Product Analyst:
● 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
● Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one or more BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI,etc.).
● Understanding of product metrics (ARR,DAU, MAU, churn, etc.).
● Basic knowledge of experimentation (A/B testing) and user funnel analysis.
For Sr. Product Analyst:
● Any Engineering Grads - B.Tech. BE etc
● 4–6+ years of experience in product or data analytics.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to influence product decisions.
● Experience leading analytics for a product area or working closely with senior leadership.
● Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis.
