Lead and scale distributed product engineering teams, drive delivery and technical strategy, ensure architecture and DevOps best practices, adopt AI-assisted development tools, collaborate with product and cross-functional partners, mentor engineering managers and developers, and improve engineering productivity, quality, and predictability.

Design and develop secure, optimized data pipelines for real-time and batch processing using Azure and big data technologies. Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, improve data quality and governance, support machine learning operationalization, and implement validation and monitoring frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders and data scientists, participate in code reviews and documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide Level 2 platform and application support for the Puma platform on AWS. Monitor infrastructure and applications (Zabbix, ELK), investigate incidents across Linux/Windows, Java/Tomcat, ActiveMQ, NGINX, and databases (Oracle, SQL Server). Perform post‑maintenance validation, RCA, escalation to L3, develop operational automation (Shell/Python), maintain runbooks in Confluence, and participate in shift/on‑call rotations.

Engineer reliability for a large-scale Azure SaaS platform by designing observability, monitoring, alerting, SLIs, SLOs, and automation. Troubleshoot and optimize production systems, analyze incidents, reduce operational toil, support deployments, and improve system resilience. Collaborate with engineering, platform, product, and support teams while providing advanced technical support and contributing to incident response and long-term reliability improvements.

Prepares and reviews financial statements, performs reconciliations, supports month-end and year-end close, analyzes variances, assists with policies, compliance, audits, invoicing, budgeting, and special projects. Requires advanced accounting software proficiency, strong financial reporting and analytical skills, and a degree in accounting or finance.
