Lead a software squad while remaining hands-on with Java and Spring Boot backend development and Angular frontend work. Design scalable RESTful APIs, guide migration to domain-driven architecture and bounded contexts, mentor junior developers, maintain engineering standards, and support agile delivery. The role also involves Kafka, relational databases, JPA/Hibernate, performance optimization, and architectural best practices.

Build and maintain backend services primarily with Java and Spring Boot, while supporting an Angular frontend. Design RESTful APIs, transition database-centric systems toward domain-driven architecture, and work with complex SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, JPA, and Hibernate on high-transaction platforms. Collaborate within cross-functional Agile squads to deliver scalable, high-quality features. Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, legacy modernization, and loyalty or fintech experience are advantageous.

Owns business requirements across an enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud environment, translating stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and functional specifications. Facilitates reviews, collaborates with technical teams, coordinates UAT and defect triage, evaluates integrations and process impacts, and maintains traceability and documentation. Supports Agile ceremonies, change management, deployment, stabilization, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Design and maintain scalable web and API automation frameworks using Java, REST Assured, and Playwright. Define automation strategy, improve test coverage and release reliability, validate microservices and frontend experiences, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers on quality practices. The role requires independent technical direction and a shift-left testing mindset in a remote engineering environment.

Develop agentic AI systems for cloud security baseline enforcement and remediation. Build RAG and vector database workflows using LLM APIs, automate cloud configuration baselines, create drift detection and gap analysis capabilities, and generate and validate Terraform modules, Rego policies, and Regula test cases for CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams.

Build and maintain reliable Kubernetes-based microservices platforms with a strong observability focus. Configure Datadog dashboards, alerts, APM, metrics, logging, and tracing; integrate monitoring with AWS and CI/CD pipelines; install agents and integrations; manage secure access controls; and automate operational tasks using Python. Lead platform maintenance and improvements focused on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management. Build scalable applications with Apex and Lightning Web Components while maintaining Aura and Visualforce components. Create REST, Bulk, and Metadata API integrations with telephony, CTI, SaaS, and AppExchange systems. Manage Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, migration, custom objects, and enterprise development processes.
