Validates requests against Salesforce, contracts, entitlements, approvals, and policies; coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers; follows SOPs; supports audits, SLA tracking, reporting, and documentation; and identifies automation and AI-assisted process improvement opportunities.

Own and support the Atlassian environment, including Jira and Confluence administration, user access, project configuration, workflows, integrations, documentation, dashboards, and reporting. Troubleshoot user issues, support ITSM processes, collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams, and improve platform governance, automation, scalability, and user experience.
