Coordinate escalations with Engineering and Product, document findings, recommend fixes, and drive issues through resolution. Develop automation and reusable documentation, mentor engineers, participate in product reviews, and support customers through scheduled 24-hour coverage.

Designs and maintains enterprise IAM platforms and directory services, develops API integrations and automation, analyzes authentication telemetry, documents architectures and runbooks, validates upgrades and patches, and collaborates on secure identity protocol testing.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical epics and engineering initiatives. Manage engineering teams, dependencies, risks, milestones, releases, governance, and stakeholder communications. Partner with engineering, architecture, product, business, and delivery teams to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. Facilitate Agile practices, resolve impediments, establish accountability, and translate technical information into business insights.
