Design, build, and optimize scalable Neo4j graph database infrastructures supporting knowledge graphs and AI-driven applications. Develop and tune Cypher queries, model complex datasets, manage indexing and performance, and administer backups, recovery, clustering, and scaling. Collaborate with data science and AI teams on graph-based applications, ensure data integrity and security, automate database operations, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and document schemas and procedures.

Lead a hands-on engineering organization in Pune by architecting and troubleshooting complex solutions, setting technical standards, overseeing product development and maintenance, and driving Agile, DevOps, QA, cloud, and AI-enabled delivery practices. Recruit and develop engineering talent, manage teams of 30 or more, engage clients as a technical advisor, translate business goals into technical roadmaps, and contribute to revenue, margin, and account growth.

Leads enterprise infrastructure, asset lifecycle management, cloud architecture, IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, and client-facing IT governance. Responsibilities include maintaining uptime, managing hardware and software assets, optimizing licenses, automating IT processes, overseeing cybersecurity controls and audits, implementing backup and business continuity plans, leading 24x7 operations, and managing cloud, data center, network, vendor, and emerging technology strategies.

Create and edit technical and business content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, social media, sales collateral, and internal communications. Translate complex technology concepts into audience-friendly business value, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, manage content calendars and approvals, maintain editorial standards and brand assets, and use performance insights and AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and engagement.

Own and execute the partnerships and alliances strategy across technology, cloud, SaaS, and platform partners. Build relationships, joint value propositions, co-marketing initiatives, partner pipeline, and revenue growth. Establish ecosystem governance, KPIs, reporting, incentive structures, and strategic agreements while enabling internal teams through training and certifications. Represent the company at partner events and collaborate with legal, finance, marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.
