Design and develop software solutions using Core Java, J2EE, and UI technologies. Manage full software development life cycle, perform testing and implementation, and provide bug fixing and tuning. Strong communication and analysis skills are required.

The CRM Functional/Business Analyst will provide project coordination, functional expertise, and contribute to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders, conducting detailed analysis of business processes, proposing CRM solutions, developing and executing test plans, and coordinating user acceptance testing. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of Agile/SCRUM processes.
