Supervise intercompany reconciliations, monitor receivables, prepare EMEA invoices, post loan interest, payroll, and VAT entries, and complete balance sheet reconciliations. Support statutory and internal/external audits, regional initiatives, and ad hoc accounting projects while collaborating with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Accounting teams. The role supports EMEA operations from Pune on a hybrid Europe-shift schedule.

The Senior Specialist oversees month-end close processes, accrual accounting, posting journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, and intercompany reconciliations for US and Canadian entities.

Perform risk-based internal audits, SOX testing, control assessments, data analysis, and reporting. Partner with business owners to document findings, recommend remediation, track action plans, support due diligence, and contribute to advisory and data analytics projects across global manufacturing operations.

Build, govern, and deliver HR reports, OTBI dashboards, and workforce analytics. Provide insights on headcount, turnover, hiring, compensation, payroll, and diversity; ensure data quality; partner with HR stakeholders; automate reporting and train users.

Manage regulatory information for raw materials, ensuring compliance accuracy across systems, supporting global initiatives, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

Accountable for end-to-end Record to Report processes and enterprise Master Data domains. Designs and governs process/data standards, leads global RtR and Master Data transformation programs (ERP, automation), drives KPI-based performance improvement, ensures data integrity for financial reporting, manages governance/controls (including SOX), and partners with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain to deliver measurable outcomes.

Support market development by researching trends, identifying growth opportunities, creating sales campaigns, technical literature, and launch materials; track market size, share, ROI, and assist strategic planning and measurement to drive profitable growth. Attend trade events and support cross-functional marketing projects.

Manage order release by evaluating blocked orders and resolving credit holds. Perform customer credit assessments, financial statement and ratio analysis, set and monitor credit limits, and recommend risk mitigation. Produce credit risk reports, maintain ERP credit master data, support collections, and help refine credit policies and processes.
