Develop and deliver OutSystems applications, translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, lead software development lifecycle activities, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, promote best practices, and lead project meetings to ensure milestones are delivered on time.

Own functional design, configuration, and delivery for Oracle Maintenance, asset management, facilities, work orders, job orders, and GIS/Spatial processes. Define workflows, controls, reporting, integrations, migration requirements, and product boundaries across Oracle, APEX, and specialist facilities solutions. Lead testing, defect resolution, UAT, training, acceptance, and go-live readiness while ensuring proper segregation of duties and authoritative master-data ownership.

Owns end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, integrations, applications, data, security, AI, and disaster recovery. Chairs the Design Authority, approves technical designs, governs Oracle integration and APEX standards, and defines tenancy, deployment, environment, and security strategies. Oversees integrations with financial, government, identity, payroll, and payment systems. Leads design workshops, testing, cutover, support escalations, and hypercare while ensuring UAE compliance, performance, availability, and data residency.

Own the enterprise Oracle WebCenter Content and Records Management solution, including document lifecycle, metadata, retention, legal holds, archival, disposition, OCR, bilingual search, security, and audit controls. Design integrations with Oracle Fusion, OIC, APIs, and approved extensions; support migrations, testing, UAT, operational readiness, documentation, and handover. The role requires deep records-governance expertise, Arabic search awareness, enterprise taxonomy design, and extensive WebCenter experience.

Lead hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud development and integration architecture execution. Own interface catalogues and MD.070 designs, build Oracle Fusion and external-system integrations, configure OCI API Gateway exposures, implement security and fault handling, and manage testing through SIT, UAT, cutover, production support, and hypercare. Create mappings, transformations, monitoring, reconciliation, retry, replay, and idempotency controls while maintaining operational runbooks and assessing workload capacity.

Leads Oracle Fusion CX and Enterprise Contracts discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, configuration, data migration, integrations, workflows, reporting, testing, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer. Defines functional boundaries across CX, contracts, Financials, Procurement, AMS, and extensions while supporting customer, investor, contract, billing, service, complaint, and enquiry processes. Produces solution designs, configuration baselines, migration requirements, integration inputs, test scenarios, and UAT support.

Leads Oracle Fusion programme governance, process design, requirements traceability, quality assurance, and business acceptance. Facilitates discovery and fit-to-standard workshops, reviews solution designs and configuration evidence, establishes quality gates, manages cross-workstream dependencies, and supports SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness. Ensures design decisions, testing, approvals, auditability, and business requirements are documented and evidence-based.

Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, including fit-to-standard design, configuration, financial structures, integrations, migration, testing, reconciliation, cutover, stabilization, reporting, controls, and stakeholder acceptance. The role covers GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Assets, Tax, Expenses, and revenue accounting while coordinating with Procurement, Contracts, CRM, Projects, EPM, technical integration, and reporting teams. It also mentors consultants and supports Finance users through knowledge transfer and hypercare.
