Leads Scrum and Agile practices for complex technical programs, facilitating ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, managing risks and issues, and maintaining delivery visibility. Develops program plans, schedules, governance routines, executive reporting, and dashboards. Drives improvements to project management frameworks and coaches less experienced project managers on planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Leads the strategic design and evolution of enterprise identity and access management platforms. Builds automated deployment pipelines and API integrations, analyzes platform telemetry and security logs, engineers defenses against architectural vulnerabilities, supports cloud migrations and compliance mandates, resolves critical identity platform outages, and evaluates zero-trust and emerging identity technologies.

Investigates and responds to cybersecurity incidents including phishing, malware, ransomware, and unauthorized access. Analyzes logs, alerts, forensic data, and security artifacts; supports containment, eradication, and recovery; escalates high-severity cases; and maintains SOC playbooks and procedures. The role collaborates with threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and forensics teams, improves detection capabilities, participates in lessons learned, and guides junior analysts.
