Leads global management and optimization of Manhattan Active WM and related supply chain systems. Oversees configuration, deployment, maintenance, testing, integrations, and support while building a global center of excellence. Manages technology transformation programs, project portfolios, governance, risks, dependencies, estimates, and delivery deadlines. Serves as the liaison between business and IT teams and drives improvements across people, processes, and technology.

Lead design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, architect integrations and data strategies, provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensure platform performance/security, and align solutions with enterprise architecture and business needs.
