Evaluates current-state architectures, guides ERP/CRM and cross-functional solutions, assesses build-versus-buy options, supports innovation and transformation, and advises on mergers and acquisitions. Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders, oversees architectural governance, mentors architects, and may manage architecture teams.

Leads the strategic design and evolution of enterprise IAM platforms, secure authentication, deployment automation, and API integrations. Engineers proactive defenses using platform telemetry and security logs, advises technology leadership on cloud migration and compliance capabilities, resolves critical identity platform outages, hardens systems, and evaluates emerging identity and zero-trust technologies.
