Lead and grow a team of testing engineers to define and drive an automation-first testing strategy across functional, performance, security, and integration testing. Own test planning, execution, metrics, defect triage, and cross-team collaboration to embed quality early, improve automation coverage, and raise release confidence in a global, matrixed engineering organization.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test workflows and scripts (Python/Java/C#) using tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, and Jenkins. Integrate automation with existing systems, build and execute test plans, monitor and troubleshoot automation, maintain documentation, and collaborate with development teams. Support cloud-based automation and DevOps practices, improve processes, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
