Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++, extensions, Chain of Command, forms, classes, tables, data entities, and integrations. Design external-system integrations, manage deployments, upgrades, and ISV solutions, and collaborate with functional teams. Ensure code quality, performance, and security while participating in Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery. The role requires strong D365 F&O development expertise, Azure knowledge, CI/CD experience, and functional understanding of Finance modules.

Leads the architecture, governance, integration, and delivery of AI-driven solutions across enterprise CRM, ERP, and iPaaS platforms. Designs AI/ML-enabled backend workflows, APIs, event-driven systems, automation pipelines, and production environments. Partners with technical and business stakeholders, ensures scalability, security, and compliance, and communicates architecture decisions. The role requires extensive enterprise architecture and systems integration experience, production AI implementation expertise, and knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, and related technologies.

Develop and deploy enterprise Microsoft Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Build conversational agents, Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and integrations with Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs. Implement generative AI with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services while ensuring security, governance, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot implementations, and optimize scalable AI-driven business automation.
