Supports enterprise customers using Claroty’s cybersecurity platform across SaaS and on-premises environments. Investigates, reproduces, and resolves complex networking and system issues; troubleshoots Linux systems, protocols, and customer environments; manages escalations; maintains customer relationships; collaborates with R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Technical Account Managers; and provides customer status updates through reporting and cadence calls.

Serve as primary customer contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, drive onboarding and product adoption, monitor usage and health metrics, lead escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence product roadmap to ensure retention, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
