Leads a global Kubernetes platform engineering team, setting the platform roadmap and overseeing enterprise-scale infrastructure health, security, compliance, automation, observability, and scalability. Partners with FinOps, Finance, DevOps, and product leaders to manage budgets, forecast growth, optimize cloud resources, reduce operational toil, and align platform performance with business value. Develops engineering talent and drives organizational adoption of Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD practices.

Design, deploy, automate, and support large-scale cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Develop infrastructure-as-code, support Kubernetes networking and firewalls, establish monitoring and capacity strategies, troubleshoot complex network issues, and create technical roadmaps. Provide engineering leadership, mentor network development engineers, improve reliability and eliminate operational toil, maintain service ownership, and participate in on-call support and occasional travel.

Lead and scale multiple security and access management programs across engineering and cloud operations. Plan and oversee technical initiatives, collect requirements, drive automation for governance, mitigate risks, and deliver dashboards/KPIs to Executive Leadership. Advocate tooling and improve traceability for security, compliance, and risk initiatives.

Senior Security Engineer designs and implements multi-cloud security controls, builds policy-as-code and IaC guardrails integrated into CI/CD, hardens container/Kubernetes workloads, owns vulnerability analysis and remediation, supports incident response and forensics, partners on compliance evidence, mentors engineers, and participates in on-call incident rotations.

Lead technical security engineering for cloud environments: design cloud controls, build policy-as-code and IaC guardrails, harden containers, automate remediation, own vulnerability management and incident escalation, translate compliance requirements into automated controls, mentor engineers, and maintain runbooks/on-call duties.

Lead and grow an 8-12 person Cloud Platform Engineering team to deliver scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and automation tooling, developer productivity platforms, monitoring and incident processes, and quality-embedded pipelines. Drive multi-team platform initiatives, technical architecture, operational reliability, and continuous improvement to support large-scale customer transactions and engineering velocity.
