Coordinate end-to-end ocean export shipments, including planning, documentation, customs and shipping line coordination, compliance, tracking, and issue resolution. Collaborate with brokers, carriers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Monitor logistics costs, maintain accurate TMF records, resolve delays and documentation issues, and ensure audit-ready compliance with Indian export regulations and international trade requirements.

Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition within an assigned territory by identifying prospects, expanding existing accounts, presenting logistics solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role manages client relationships, collaborates with product, operations, and finance teams, analyzes market opportunities, maintains CRM records, and supports successful service delivery. Travel within the territory is required for client meetings and business development activities.
