Lead design, development, and testing of scalable software systems across the full lifecycle. Architect backend-focused full-stack solutions, optimize performance, debug complex issues, and implement testing and CI practices. Design, develop, test, and deploy C#/.NET applications within Agile teams. Collaborate with product owners on requirements, produce design specs and technical documentation, debug complex issues, perform unit/integration/system testing, mentor junior engineers, and communicate with stakeholders.

Develop next-generation mobile test probes and cloud-based telecom testing software for 3G/4G/5G and IoT. Implement C/C++ applications on Linux with a focus on multithreading and RAN signaling (SIP, RRC, NAS). Work in a small agile team to validate and optimize mobile service performance for operators.

The Billing Systems Analyst I ensures the software operates effectively, supports system monitoring, automation, and provide troubleshooting in Unix/SQL environments, while collaborating with operational teams to meet organizational goals.
