Lead end-to-end technical architecture for complex enterprise Salesforce engagements. Translate solution designs into technical blueprints, make high-stakes architectural decisions, produce documentation, review code/configuration, write code for critical challenges, mentor technical staff, guide standards and best practices, and support pre-sales discovery and technical validation.

Lead pre-sales and solution architecture across Salesforce multi-cloud, integrated enterprise deals. Advise sales strategy, perform complex discovery, design end-to-end solutions, produce proposals, mentor junior architects, ensure delivery continuity, and identify upsell opportunities.

Lead discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design for Salesforce. Translate business needs into user stories and FRDs/BRDs, collaborate with architects and developers, oversee testing, training, and adoption across stakeholders.

Work with stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce requirements, create BRDs and user stories, design process flows, support UAT and testing, coordinate with developers/admins in Agile ceremonies, manage client interactions and drive delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across complex, integration-heavy enterprise environments. Design scalable solutions (Experience Cloud, LWR), define integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven), advise customers, support proposals and upsell, mentor technical teams, and ensure successful enterprise implementations.
