Develop quantitative models for cryptocurrency derivatives and spot markets, conduct statistical and econometric analysis, build pricing and risk models, and backtest systematic trading strategies. Collaborate with trading and product teams to validate and deploy models, monitor performance, analyze high-frequency data, and communicate research insights to leadership and trading desks.

Analyzes complex datasets, develops Tableau dashboards, performs statistical and predictive modeling using R and Python, and delivers actionable insights. Partners with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, support strategic decisions, and monitor solutions. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Lead financial reporting, accounting operations, cost control, compliance, cash flow monitoring, and business finance activities. Oversee AP, AR, GL, payroll, financial close, statutory compliance, audits, controls, vendor payments, and MIS reporting. Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams to improve financial efficiency. Manage and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
