Develop and deploy AI agents, integrations, automations, and workflow solutions for customers. Build knowledge graphs and connect SaaS and non-SaaS systems using APIs, webhooks, and real-time architectures. Optimize AI performance through prompt engineering and semantic search, analyze data with SQL, create dashboards, prototype solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, and collaborate across customer-facing and internal teams. The role involves approximately 30% customer engagement and up to 80% travel.

Own enterprise AI engagements from discovery through production deployment. Design, build, integrate, debug, evaluate, and harden agentic systems using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, workflows, and guardrails. Lead technical workshops, proofs of concept, solution scoping, and executive ROI discussions. Measure adoption, containment, accuracy, and cost outcomes; create reusable delivery assets; enable partners; and provide product feedback. The role is customer-embedded and requires sustained on-site presence during engagements.

The Solutions Engineer will support direct sales cycles, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions for customers, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
