Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, C#/.NET plugin development, JavaScript/TypeScript customization, Power Platform automation, Dataverse integrations, environment and deployment management, and real-time customer journey optimization. The role collaborates with marketing, sales, and service stakeholders, supports testing and training, and works fully remotely aligned to Dubai time.
