Design, build, train, evaluate, deploy, and maintain production ML and generative AI systems (including LLM agents and RAG). Create scalable data pipelines, inference services, and integrations with software/APIs. Monitor and optimize model performance and costs, document architectures, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Lead and grow a controls engineering team to design, implement, and commission integrated electrical and control systems. Oversee PLC/HMI/SCADA development, specify instrumentation and control hardware, manage budgets/schedules, support client relationships, and drive P&L while mentoring engineers.

Design, deploy, test, commission, and maintain control system projects. Develop/modify design documentation, perform PLC/HMI/SCADA bench testing, support onsite and remote startups, coordinate installation QA/QC, and provide status updates to management and clients. Travel to client sites as needed (30-50%).

Lead design, development, and deployment of Ignition-based SCADA/IIoT solutions. Architect Ignition systems, configure PLC/SCADA networks, perform commissioning, integrate IT/OT, mentor engineers, and support business development and client engagements.
