Develops integrated electrical and control systems, mentors technical staff, supports project delivery, and collaborates with sales, marketing, engineering, production, and field service teams. Travel up to 30% is required.

Designs, programs, tests, commissions, and supports industrial control systems in regulated environments. Responsibilities include configuring Allen-Bradley PLCs, PlantPAx modules, Ignition SCADA and HMI systems, alarms, reporting, historians, network integrations, and FAT/SAT documentation. The engineer collaborates with process, facilities, and validation teams to deliver compliant biopharmaceutical manufacturing and building management solutions.

Designs, develops, programs, configures, commissions, and troubleshoots process automation control systems. The role involves DeltaV and PLC programming, SCADA/HMI configuration, control-loop tuning, historian databases, control-system networks, electrical design packages, batch systems, instrumentation, and system qualifications. Engineers define architecture, scope, plans, and deliverables while working with customers and project teams. Experience with biopharmaceutical processes, GMP, validation, S88 Batch standards, Rockwell platforms, and other PLC and SCADA systems is required.

Design, deploy, test, commission, and maintain control system projects. Develop/modify design documentation, perform PLC/HMI/SCADA bench testing, support onsite and remote startups, coordinate installation QA/QC, and provide status updates to management and clients. Travel to client sites as needed (30-50%).
