Owns healthcare technology product requirements, roadmap, backlog, Agile delivery, user testing, performance metrics, release communications, bug prioritization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder training. The role serves as the primary product contact across internal teams, clients, and partners while aligning solutions with value-based care, US healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and user needs.

Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js. Build RESTful APIs, integrate databases and cloud services, and implement authentication, security, HIPAA, and data privacy best practices. Collaborate with product, design, and data teams, participate in testing and code reviews, optimize performance, and integrate AI-powered APIs. The role is onsite in Pune and operates in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Build, maintain, and scale highly available AWS and GCP infrastructure, Terraform-based automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Manage containerized production environments, networking, databases, security, observability, incident response, and disaster recovery. Improve reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST. Collaborate with engineering teams on automation, deployment practices, documentation, and operational excellence.

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of LLM-based and agentic AI systems for healthcare and operational applications. Oversee multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and hallucination mitigation. Collaborate with product, data, design, customers, and clinical stakeholders; lead Scrum delivery, mentor engineers, support hiring, and ensure HIPAA, PHI safety, and responsible AI compliance.

Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of Fold Health’s healthcare platform. Responsibilities include guiding engineering teams, building backend microservices, APIs, and frontend applications, ensuring HIPAA compliance, managing CI/CD and testing, optimizing performance, evaluating emerging technologies, and supporting roadmap planning. The role also involves mentoring engineers, leading proof-of-concept initiatives, and delivering reliable, data-driven healthcare products across web and mobile platforms.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, APIs, and integrations. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and security-focused development to ensure application quality, reliability, privacy, and data protection. Work collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment using modern front-end, back-end, database, cloud, and containerization technologies.
