Design, build, maintain, and support scalable backend services for custodial and execution accounts across digital asset businesses. Collaborate on system architecture, deliver features, optimize performance and reliability, automate workflows, and own production services end to end, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support.

Supports FP&A across expense allocation, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue and cost analysis, and financial modeling. Maintains weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting streams; prepares stakeholder materials; reconciles large datasets; and improves automated reporting processes using Excel and AI tools. Partners with Controllers, Finance Engineering, and business teams across time zones in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Reviews and processes account-opening applications for Galaxy entities across banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, and custodians. Ensures KYC, AML, regulatory, and internal policy compliance; coordinates with sales, legal, compliance, and operations to resolve documentation gaps; maintains accurate internal records and audit trails; monitors timely processing; and contributes to process improvements. The role requires financial services experience, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct KYC onboarding, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions and adverse-media screening, AML alert investigations, and transaction monitoring for digital-asset clients. Review customer risk rankings, escalate compliance concerns, support suspicious activity reporting, improve BSA/AML procedures, assist with regulatory audits, and guide institutional clients through onboarding. Collaborate with senior management, Legal, Technology, investors, and business teams while maintaining a client-focused experience.

As a hands-on data engineer, you'll build and enhance scalable data platforms, develop data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to improve data solutions and system performance.

As a Senior Back End Developer, you'll design and optimize scalable software back-end systems for web and mobile applications, collaborating with various teams to enhance platform reliability and performance.

Perform month‑end and quarter‑end close tasks, process accounts payable, prepare corporate reconciliations, support intercompany eliminations and consolidations, assist with entity-level analysis, respond to audit requests, and collaborate with FP&A, SEC reporting, and other stakeholders on transactions, acquisitions, and restructures.
