Own and run on-site deployments: lead a team of 5–6 field operators, verify and reconcile camera inventory, set up captures, ensure data quality and taxonomy, handle on-the-spot issues, transfer/upload data, and submit deployment reports. Frequent travel and early starts required.

Work with founders to build a pan-India network of high-quality student organizations: identify top groups, do outreach, create partnerships and sponsorship programs, design campus data-collection pipelines, build repeatable launch systems, recruit interns/hires, and travel to campuses as needed.

Own day-to-day execution of large-scale field deployments: plan schedules, coordinate teams/vehicles/hardware, track productivity and targets, resolve real-time issues, maintain reports/dashboards, improve processes, launch new-city operations, and hire/train field staff.

Lead and run end-to-end global field operations: source partnerships, manage site readiness, deploy and support field teams, troubleshoot hardware and deployment issues, ensure data offload and quality, run high-velocity data collection campaigns, manage kits/logistics, and improve operational systems across audits, inventory, and payouts while working closely with hardware, software, and operations teams.

Lead end-to-end data annotation operations for robotics data: recruit and manage annotators and team leads, monitor quality and throughput, build dashboards and operating systems, forecast staffing, design incentives, remove bottlenecks, and scale processes from hundreds to thousands of annotators.

As a Founding Operations Manager, you'll oversee field operations globally, manage deployment partnerships, lead field teams, and ensure reliable data collection under real-world conditions.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will build and optimize storage and offloading infrastructure for multimodal robotics data, focusing on data movement, AWS optimization, and reliability across global operations.
