Field-based sales role responsible for promoting and selling medical/surgical products to doctors, hospitals, and government tenders. Build and manage territory pipeline, retain and grow key accounts, develop distributor and direct channels, provide techno-commercial solutions, and support demo unit deployment and regional sales management.

Provide on-site clinical and technical support for robotic orthopedic systems, train surgeons and OR staff, prepare pre-op CT plans using proprietary software, troubleshoot equipment issues, collaborate with sales and marketing, and provide product feedback to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
