Lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions (GenAI, agentic AI, RAG). Drive strategy, build reusable frameworks, mentor teams, govern model use, and partner with stakeholders to transform business processes into intelligent autonomous workflows.

Design, build, test, and deploy AI-augmented and workflow automation solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, OCR/document intelligence, and conversational agents. Collaborate with product, platform, and business teams, ensure security and AI governance, perform testing and monitoring, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain documentation and compliance.

Support process reengineering and global standardization for ATR (accounting) processes. Assist in process mapping, documentation, drafting user stories, testing, and implementing improvements. Lead product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled SRE and automation platforms. Analyze ITSM workflows, define epics and user stories, manage global delivery across squads, and drive adoption and measurable reliability and automation outcomes (MTTR reduction, incident/noise reduction, automation coverage).

Lead and deliver infrastructure projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project governance, and drive successful handover and operational readiness.
