Own indirect tax-related processes and products across finance, commercial, and IT environments. Lead process re-engineering, tax change implementation, system and data-flow improvements, business requirements, solution design, controls, standardization, automation, and change management. Collaborate with global stakeholders and project teams across SAP, legacy systems, and emerging technologies to deliver compliant, scalable, and efficient end-to-end solutions.

Develop and prototype agentic AI and multi-agent systems for workflow automation. Integrate LLMs with RPA bots, APIs, and Power Automate flows; build, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize AI-RPA solutions. Translate business requirements into automated workflows while supporting scalability, compliance, responsible AI practices, and system integrations. The role requires collaboration with senior team members and continuous learning across AI and RPA technologies.

Design and build scalable data and AI platforms, including trusted data foundations, batch and streaming pipelines, ML production systems, GenAI and agentic AI solutions. Develop APIs, workflows, governance, security guardrails, monitoring, and observability. Contribute to architecture and code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers while enabling reusable data and AI capabilities across supply-chain use cases.

Lead orchestration and integration of Edge infrastructure projects from initiation through operational handover. Coordinate multiple engineering teams across networking, data centre, compute, storage, backup, observability and cyber services. Maintain integrated plans, budgets, risk registers, SteerCo materials and delivery roadmaps. Manage stakeholders, dependencies, supplier coordination, lean validation and lessons learned to improve Platform Lifecycle Services and ensure service transition readiness.

Lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions (GenAI, agentic AI, RAG). Drive strategy, build reusable frameworks, mentor teams, govern model use, and partner with stakeholders to transform business processes into intelligent autonomous workflows.

Design, build, test, and deploy AI-augmented and workflow automation solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, OCR/document intelligence, and conversational agents. Collaborate with product, platform, and business teams, ensure security and AI governance, perform testing and monitoring, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain documentation and compliance.

Build and maintain Maersk's full-stack, AI-first Tech Ops platforms: asset registry, change workflows, standards scoring, and agentic automation. Develop APIs, integrations, connectors, tests, and run on-call, working directly with stakeholders to automate operational workloads and ensure reliability.

Support process reengineering and global standardization for ATR (accounting) processes. Assist in process mapping, documentation, drafting user stories, testing, and implementing improvements. Work with stakeholders, ensure compliance with controls, and help align processes to IFRS/GAAP and automation opportunities.

Provide L2/L3 EDI and integration platform support: monitor integrations, resolve failures, perform root-cause analysis, execute deployments and partner activations, manage certificates, analyze trends, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React). Design and consume RESTful APIs, participate in architecture and SDLC activities, support CI/CD and cloud deployments, troubleshoot performance and reliability issues, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Lead product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled SRE and automation platforms. Analyze ITSM workflows, define epics and user stories, manage global delivery across squads, and drive adoption and measurable reliability and automation outcomes (MTTR reduction, incident/noise reduction, automation coverage).

Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to leaders or teams, handling general office administration, clerical tasks, mailroom/filing, event planning, and basic facilities/space planning support. Work independently within guidelines, mentor junior staff informally, and apply practical administrative methods. Requires prior related work experience or equivalent advanced education.

Lead and deliver infrastructure projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project governance, and drive successful handover and operational readiness.
