Support process reengineering and global standardization for ATR (accounting) processes. Assist in process mapping, documentation, drafting user stories, testing, and implementing improvements. Lead product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled SRE and automation platforms. Analyze ITSM workflows, define epics and user stories, manage global delivery across squads, and drive adoption and measurable reliability and automation outcomes (MTTR reduction, incident/noise reduction, automation coverage).

Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to leaders or teams, handling general office administration, clerical tasks, mailroom/filing, event planning, and basic facilities/space planning support. Work independently within guidelines, mentor junior staff informally, and apply practical administrative methods. Requires prior related work experience or equivalent advanced education.

Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered and workflow automation solutions using LLMs, RAG, OCR, and APIs. Develop reusable components, conversational agents, and intelligent document processing. Ensure robust testing, monitoring, compliance, and responsible AI governance. Collaborate with product, platform, and business teams and provide production support and optimization.

Lead and deliver infrastructure projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project governance, and drive successful handover and operational readiness.
