Lead design, development, and delivery of end-to-end Quantexa solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specs and CDEs. Build, test, and optimize entity resolution and scoring models; run simulations and calibrate thresholds. Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Fircosoft/Firco Continuity applications for sanctions screening. Provide L3 production support, monitoring, incident management, RCA, performance tuning, rule and watchlist configuration, integrations (MQ/Kafka/file/TWS), SQL and shell scripting automation, and support upgrades, patches, CI/CD and releases while collaborating with business, infrastructure, compliance, and vendor teams.

Design, build, and operationalize AI-enabled data pipelines and production-grade AI applications using Python and Snowflake. Prepare and transform large datasets, develop features and embeddings, support deployment and monitoring of ML/LLM models, optimize Snowflake for AI workloads, and collaborate with data science and engineering teams to deliver scalable APIs and RAG-enabled data workflows.

Provide L2/L3 remote network support for retail stores, troubleshooting Cisco devices, configuring network devices, and collaborating with teams to ensure network stability.

Implement, configure, and customize Actimize ActOne Case Management and STAR modules, build integrations (alert ingestion, RCM APIs, UI Java plugins), create custom forms/plugins, configure users/roles/workflows/LDAP, and write complex SQL for AML-related transaction monitoring and reporting. Provide presentations and stakeholder communication.

Design, develop, and maintain automated API and web tests (Selenium/Playwright). Implement BDD (Cucumber), integrate tests into GitLab CI/CD, manage test artifacts in JIRA/XRay, and support non-functional testing, debugging, and continuous improvement for FinCrime applications.

Hands-on, client-facing role to optimize FircoSoft sanctions and transaction screening: tune matching algorithms, reduce false positives, perform ATL/BTL testing, support integrations and upgrades, produce MIS reporting, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support regulatory reviews and model validation.
