Serve as Product Owner working with engineering, product, and operations across multiple ARTs to prioritize and document user stories, drive operational readiness and adoption, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and support escalated production issues. Translate business requirements (STD, LTD, AMS) into actionable features, pull/analyze data, identify AI opportunities, and coordinate with application development teams to deliver value.

Design, develop, implement and maintain Big Data solutions for Disability & Absence products. Build batch, speed, and serving layers using Spark, Hive, NoSQL, SOLR and Kafka; optimize Hadoop jobs; automate with Shell/Python; support deployments, CI/CD, runbooks, and cross-team collaboration.

Lead product ownership across multiple ARTs by prioritizing and documenting user stories, collaborating with engineering and operations, driving operational readiness and adoption, and leveraging APIs and AI to streamline business processes and analyze data.
