Lead and scale the Pune city business by driving B2B revenue, customer acquisition, partnerships, sales pipeline growth, and operational expansion. Manage multiple sales teams and team leaders, build high-performance cultures, launch city operations, standardize processes, coordinate cross-functional functions, track business metrics, and own personal and team targets. The role requires strong local market networks, startup experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to build operations from the ground up.

Manage end-to-end B2B field sales in Pune, including lead generation, cold calling, client visits, customer conversion, and sales target achievement. Build relationships with restaurants, cafes, hotels, gyms, and commercial establishments; understand customer needs and recommend cooling solutions. Generate 7–10 leads daily, gather market feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to support business expansion and product improvements.

Sell to business clients across Delhi and Mumbai, manage sales activities, meet targets, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue through field sales. The role offers uncapped incentives, performance-based growth, and exposure to B2B and B2C sales environments.

Provide voice-based customer support, resolve inquiries, communicate clearly in English, and work US/UK night shifts. The role is open to freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of customer support, telecalling, or BPO experience.
