The Senior SRE Engineer will ensure the reliability of microservices, manage incidents, and collaborate on automation, security, and infrastructure projects while participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Provide advanced technical support for Business Hub and Analytics Platform: troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues; analyze logs and SQL data; work with identity providers and cloud/Kubernetes/JVM environments; collaborate with development teams; improve support processes and participate in on-call rotations.

Build, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance Python services for the healthcare domain. Write clean code, optimize performance and security, debug issues, collaborate with product owners, and document technical solutions.

Lead design and implementation of a scalable automated testing framework and QA strategy. Mentor QA engineers, define test scope across products, own end-to-end automation for KNIME workflows using Playwright, integrate tests into CI/CD (Jenkins), improve system testability, and contribute to JIRA ticket acceptance criteria and QA dashboards to reduce production bug leakage.
