Lead territory sales operations to meet targets for MS, HSD, lubes and non-fuel retail. Manage RO-level strategies, franchisee relationships, inventory and infrastructure, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, conduct inspections and trainings, resolve customer issues, and report performance to zonal and head offices.

Monitor, control, and optimize refinery process parameters to meet product quality and yield targets. Execute shift duties, manage startups/shutdowns, direct field officers, troubleshoot process deviations, ensure sampling and safety interlocks, maintain logs and MIS reports, and enforce HSE, environmental, and energy management (ISO 50001) procedures. Act as first responder during process emergencies and participate in MOC and commissioning activities.

Monitor and control refinery process parameters from the control panel, respond to process emergencies, manage safe startup/shutdown, maintain product quality and yield, enforce SOPs and safety/ environmental/energy compliance, coordinate with field and maintenance teams, and maintain operational logs and MIS for decision-making.
