Plans and orders raw materials to support production, manages inventory levels and logistics costs, schedules deliveries, monitors receipts, and ensures timely supplier communication. Maintains SAP material-planning parameters, supports physical inventories, prepares reports, archives delivery documentation, and tracks stock impacts from engineering changes. The role requires raw-material planning experience in automotive manufacturing, with wiring harness experience preferred.

The Assistant Manager - Sales will manage automotive RFQs, quotations, cost breakdowns, customer negotiations, sales budgets, payment recovery, price adjustments, and sales documentation. The role coordinates with engineering, purchasing, and project management teams, supports Tier 1 automotive customers, and develops new business in the Indian automotive and EV markets. Knowledge of wiring harnesses, product costing, SAP SD, and customer-facing technical presentations is preferred.

The position involves customer interaction for technical data, BOM management, product specifications evaluation, and supplier coordination in an automotive engineering context.

Manage finished-goods warehouse operations: receipts, labeling, storage, inventory control, cycle counts, FIFO/shelf-life, 5S, and system updates. Coordinate with production, quality, sales and finance to ensure accurate, on-time dispatches; handle documentation, packaging for new projects, audits (IATF/EMS/customer), and vendor/transport communication. Use SAP MM/WM/SD and participate in problem-solving (8D, WHY-WHY).
