Owns daily Pune office operations, including vendor, facilities, security, expenses, events, and workplace services. Coordinates visitor travel, maintenance, office support staff, interviews, onboarding, and employee needs while partnering with remote People, Finance, and facilities teams. The role requires onsite presence five days per week, strong organization, stakeholder management, vendor and budget oversight, and proficiency with workplace, HRIS, ticketing, and AI tools.

Provides hands-on, on-site IT support for Ontic’s Pune office, including network deployment and troubleshooting, endpoint administration, office buildout coordination, physical security systems, compliance documentation, inventory, and conference room technology. Supports macOS, Windows, Android, Linux, Jamf, Intune, network infrastructure, security tooling, vendors, and office technology while coordinating with centralized IT, InfoSec, Facilities, and other teams.

Leads the frontend engineering function across multiple teams, setting technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and delivery practices. Oversees React and TypeScript development, scalability, security, accessibility, performance, testing, and developer experience. Builds and develops high-performing teams, coaches technical leaders, manages hiring and succession planning, and partners with Product, Design, Platform, Security, and business stakeholders to align frontend initiatives with organizational priorities.

Drive frontend architecture, shared platforms, and engineering standards across product teams. Define component patterns, state management, performance and accessibility standards, evolve design systems, mentor engineers, and lead cross-team initiatives to improve consistency, scalability, developer experience, and maintainability of large-scale SaaS frontend applications.
