Own day-to-day operations of Ontic’s Pune office, including vendors, facilities, security coordination, expenses, events, employee support, interviews, onboarding, and workplace experience. The role supervises office support staff, coordinates with internal teams and local providers, manages office services and budgets, and ensures a safe, welcoming, well-organized workplace. This is an onsite position requiring attendance at the Pune office five days per week.

Provides hands-on, on-site IT support for Ontic’s Pune office launch and ongoing operations. Responsibilities include deploying and troubleshooting network infrastructure, supporting macOS and Windows endpoints, administering Jamf and Intune, coordinating vendors and office buildouts, maintaining physical security systems and compliance evidence, supporting conference rooms, and managing IT asset inventory. The role requires strong networking, endpoint administration, documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Leads the frontend engineering function, overseeing technical strategy, architecture, delivery, quality, developer experience, and people development across multiple teams. The role guides React and TypeScript architecture, establishes standards for performance, accessibility, security, testing, and reliability, manages execution and dependencies, coaches technical leaders, and partners with Product, Design, Platform, and Security leadership to align frontend investments with business priorities.

Lead frontend architecture and shared platform efforts across product teams. Define scalable component patterns, drive adoption of shared UI frameworks, improve performance, observability, developer experience, and mentor senior engineers while influencing cross-team technical direction.
