Lead scientific and strategic AI efforts for Vaccines Medical: define AI vision and roadmap, govern responsible AI standards, prioritize and deliver validated AI-enabled solutions, partner cross-functionally, oversee deployment and adoption, manage budget and vendors, and ensure regulatory, ethical, and scientific compliance across global medical affairs.

Develops, reviews, and quality-checks global medical affairs content (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, multimedia) for assigned therapeutic area. Manages projects end-to-end, trains and mentors junior staff, liaises with stakeholders (graphics, compliance, statistics), ensures timelines, quality, and compliance, and adopts new tools including generative AI to improve content creation.

Lead global access, pricing, and evidence-generation strategy for the Precision Medicine & Lung Cancer franchise. Generate payer insights, develop integrated value and access plans, advise senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, support launch sequencing and pricing/reimbursement strategies, and influence clinical development and real-world evidence to optimize product value and market access.
