Own organic growth and inbound lead systems for a B2B engineering consultancy. Responsibilities include SEO and AEO strategy, keyword and SERP analysis, on-page optimization, backlink outreach, GA4 and GTM configuration, conversion tracking, Looker Studio dashboards, AI referral measurement, landing-page optimization, and lead attribution. The role collaborates with content, design, social, and engineering teams while focusing on visibility, analytics, and growth systems rather than content creation or social publishing.

Own the end-to-end real-time voice and data platforms, including AI agents for live calls, telephony and streaming integrations, call-data pipelines, analytics, dashboards, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure. Build AI workflows, product interfaces, and business automations; optimize latency, cost, reliability, and performance; respond to production issues; and mentor teammates while collaborating with product and domain experts.

Build and own AI-powered full-stack product experiences and infrastructure using React, React Native, and Node.js. Develop tool-using agents, RAG systems, automations, integrations, human-review workflows, and evaluation platforms. Design scalable APIs, queues, data models, and monitoring systems; test, deploy, optimize, and maintain reliability. Collaborate with product and trades experts, mentor teammates, and improve UX and performance across the platform.

Perform manual quality assurance across web and mobile applications throughout the product lifecycle. Create and maintain test plans, detailed test cases, exhaustive coverage, requirement traceability, and bug reports. Use development tools and testing protocols, collaborate with engineering teams, and explore AI-driven workflows. Knowledge of performance, security, and automation testing is advantageous.
