Lead institution-wide marketing and communications strategies supporting undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment. Manage digital performance marketing, CRM and marketing automation, AI-enabled innovation, content, SEO, brand management, market research, analytics, and campaign optimization. Oversee teams and suppliers, improve the prospective student journey, generate leads, increase applications and conversions, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role is onsite in Mumbai or Chennai with occasional recruitment-related travel.

The Marketing Automation & CRM Operations Manager strategizes and optimizes customer journeys, manages CRM systems, designs automated marketing campaigns, and collaborates with teams to improve lead management and reporting.

Lead brand, digital and print creative projects: design logos, brand assets, web/UI visuals, digital ads and marketing collateral. Collaborate with Marketing, Social and Web teams, manage multiple projects, ensure brand consistency, support website improvements, and occasionally coordinate print production. Motion/video and AI tool use are advantageous.
