Manages global partner program operations, including case resolution, workflow optimization, partner onboarding, content governance, certification reporting, AI-driven analytics, and financial processes. The role coordinates across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Product, uses Salesforce and Coupa, and delivers data-backed recommendations to leadership. It requires strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and experience supporting global channel or partner operations.

Build and govern the value-economics infrastructure and AI/data pipelines to produce defensible ROI business cases. Partner with sales and engineering to prioritize opportunities, translate data into executive-facing ROI narratives, track realized value, and support AI model and data infrastructure development with governance, data quality, and model validation.

Lead Rubrik's engagement with Global Systems Integrators across India to grow strategic partnerships, drive service creation and enablement, execute account and partner business plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and accelerate partner adoption and bookings. Manage negotiations, build OEM/ISV ecosystems, and travel extensively to engage partners.
