Build and maintain reliable, scalable Java-based microservices for SailPoint’s cloud identity analytics SaaS product. Responsibilities include technical design, feature implementation, code reviews, testing, production performance instrumentation, CI/CD improvements, and collaboration across an agile engineering team. Leads and mentors a software engineering team developing SailPoint’s cloud-native identity security products. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, debugging distributed systems, managing Agile delivery, planning projects, coordinating with global stakeholders, improving architecture and processes, managing technical risks, and delivering AWS-based microservices and product features.

Partners with CISOs, IAM leaders, Technical Advisors, sales teams, and delivery partners to guide identity governance, AI agent security, program milestones, engagement health, and scope. Coordinates assignments, mentors team members, supports proposals, gathers client insights, and adopts AI-enabled operational tools while developing executive communication and practice leadership capabilities.

Leads hands-on development of scalable Java and Go distributed systems, event-driven microservices, and cloud-native services on AWS. Defines architecture, technical roadmaps, and engineering standards; optimizes databases and streaming pipelines; contributes to testing, CI/CD, production support, and on-call operations. Mentors engineers, leads cross-functional technical alignment, and advances AI-assisted engineering practices across a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Lead EMEA technical escalations for SaaS demo environments, diagnosing infrastructure failures, configuration drift, and service interruptions. Manage AWS EC2 instances and Systems Manager fleet operations, monitor system health, maintain SaaS tenants and integrations, and support identity configurations. Develop automation, test scripts, and orchestration playbooks to improve provisioning, reliability, and support efficiency. Partner with Sales Engineers and regional stakeholders while managing high-priority tickets and service-level targets.

Develop and maintain SailPoint Identity products by writing quality Java and JavaScript code, debugging complex issues, delivering enhancements and defect fixes, and supporting customer escalations. The role involves developing REST services and UI components, integrating databases and enterprise systems, creating unit tests, collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders, and gradually taking ownership of system modules in a hybrid Pune office environment.

Create and maintain SaaS administrator documentation, KB articles, and in-app content. Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, QA, and support; test and update docs for continuous delivery and beta releases; research unfamiliar topics to produce accurate, timely content.

Manage and secure a global enterprise endpoint fleet across Windows and macOS. Design and maintain Intune and Jamf Pro environments, administer device provisioning, compliance, patching, encryption, application deployment, and lifecycle workflows. Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, zsh, and Python; troubleshoot complex endpoint issues; analyze fleet health; document root causes; support change and infrastructure projects; and mentor Helpdesk and Desktop Support teams.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership on implementations and integrations, enforce development best practices, manage data modeling and migrations, optimize platform performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor developers to ensure secure, maintainable Salesforce architecture.

Lead the design, operation, and standardization of global cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Own large-scale Kubernetes platforms, service mesh, GitOps, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, security, compliance, and on-call excellence. The role collaborates with engineering and cybersecurity teams to securely deploy services, improve operational practices, troubleshoot systems and networks, and maintain security across AWS or Azure environments.

Sell SailPoint's IGA identity security SaaS to $5B+ enterprises by engaging C-level stakeholders, managing long sales cycles with POCs/RFPs, collaborating with GSIs and channel partners, developing account and opportunity plans, and meeting quota using Challenger methodology.

Manage and grow SailPoints India partner ecosystem by developing regional partnership strategy, driving partner business plans and KPIs, enabling partners, coordinating with field sales, and generating pipeline through joint GTM activities and partner enablement.
