Conducts independent, risk-based internal audits across desktop, onsite, and remote environments. Responsibilities include audit planning and scoping, risk and control analysis, data review, stakeholder interviews, audit execution, findings and root-cause evaluation, report preparation, recommendations, documentation, and follow-up on corrective actions. The role also supports governance, process improvement, investigations, and policy assignments while interacting with senior management and traveling up to 75% of the time.

Provides first-line customer support through phone, email, web, and chat. Handles technical and commercial inquiries, order entry, quotations, delivery tracking, billing issues, returns, complaints, and escalations. Uses SAP, CRM, ERP, case-management, and e-commerce systems while maintaining data quality and meeting service-level agreements. Supports customers and frontline sales in a 24/5 shift environment.
